60:7:2ₐllahᵘAllah
60:7:3ʾan[that]
60:7:4yajʕalᵃwill put
60:7:5baynakumbetween you
60:7:6wabaynᵃand between
60:7:7ₐllaðīnᵃthose (to) whom
60:7:8ʕādaytumyou have been enemies,
60:7:9mminhumamong them
60:7:10mmawaddaẗᵃⁿlove.
60:7:11waₐllahᵘAnd Allah
60:7:12qadīrᵘⁿ(is) All-Powerful.
60:7:13waₐllahᵘAnd Allah
60:7:14ġafūrᵘⁿ(is) Oft-Forgiving,
60:7:15rraḥīmᵘⁿMost Merciful.
۝٧
Perhaps Allah will put, between you and those to whom you have been enemies among them, affection. And Allah is competent, and Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
60:8:2yanhākumᵘ(does) forbid you
60:8:3ₐllahᵘAllah
60:8:4ʕanⁱfrom
60:8:5ₐllaðīnᵃthose who
60:8:6lam(do) not
60:8:9ₐlddīnⁱthe religion
60:8:10walamand (do) not
60:8:11yuḫrijūkumdrive you out
60:8:13diyārikumyour homes
60:8:15tabarrūhumyou deal kindly
60:8:16watuqsiṭūand deal justly
60:8:17ʾilayhimwith them.
60:8:18ʾinnᵃIndeed,
60:8:19ₐllahᵃAllah
60:8:20yuḥibbᵘloves
60:8:21ₐlmuqsiṭīnᵃthose who act justly.
۝٨
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.
60:9:2yanhākumᵘforbids you
60:9:3ₐllahᵘAllah
60:9:4ʕanⁱfrom
60:9:5ₐllaðīnᵃthose who
60:9:6qātalūkumfight you
60:9:8ₐlddīnⁱthe religion
60:9:9waʾaḫrajūkumand drive you out
60:9:11diyārikumyour homes
60:9:12waẓāharūand support
60:9:14ʾiḫrājikumyour expulsion,
60:9:16tawallawhumyou make them allies.
60:9:17wamanAnd whoever
60:9:18yatawallahummakes them allies,
60:9:19faʾulāʾikᵃthen those
60:9:20humᵘ[they]
60:9:21ₐlẓẓālimūnᵃ(are) the wrongdoers.

Allah only forbids you from those who fight you because of religion and expel you from your homes and aid in your expulsion - [forbids] that you make allies of them. And whoever makes allies of them, then it is those who are the wrongdoers.
60:10:2ₐllaðīnᵃwho
60:10:5jāʾakumᵘcome to you
60:10:6ₐlmuʾminātᵘthe believing women
60:10:7muhājirātⁱⁿ(as) emigrants,
60:10:8faᵢmtaḥinūhunnᵃthen examine them.
60:10:9ₐllahᵘAllah
60:10:10ʾaʕlamᵘ(is) most knowing
60:10:11biʾīmānihinnᵃof their faith.
60:10:13ʕalimtumūhunnᵃyou know them
60:10:14muʾminātⁱⁿ(to be) believers,
60:10:15falāthen (do) not
60:10:16tarjiʕūhunnᵃreturn them
60:10:18ₐlkuffārⁱthe disbelievers.
60:10:21ḥillᵘⁿ(are) lawful
60:10:23walāand not
60:10:25yaḥillūnᵃare lawful
60:10:26lahunnᵃfor them.
60:10:27waʾātūhumBut give them
60:10:29ʾanfaqūthey have spent.
60:10:30walāAnd not
60:10:31junāḥᵃany blame
60:10:34tankiḥūhunnᵃyou marry them
60:10:36ʾātaytumūhunnᵃyou have given them
60:10:37ʾujūrahunnᵃtheir (bridal) dues.
60:10:38walāAnd (do) not
60:10:40biʕiṣamⁱto marriage bonds
60:10:41ₐlkawāfirⁱ(with) disbelieving women,
60:10:42wasʾalūbut ask (for)
60:10:44ʾanfaqtumyou have spent,
60:10:45walyasʾalūand let them ask
60:10:47ʾanfaqūthey have spent.
60:10:49ḥukmᵘ(is the) Judgment
60:10:50ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah.
60:10:51yaḥkumᵘHe judges
60:10:52baynakumbetween you.
60:10:53waₐllahᵘAnd Allah
60:10:54ʕalīmᵘⁿ(is) All-Knowing,
60:10:55ḥakīmᵘⁿAll-Wise.
۝١٠
O you who have believed, when the believing women come to you as emigrants, examine them. Allah is most knowing as to their faith. And if you know them to be believers, then do not return them to the disbelievers; they are not lawful [wives] for them, nor are they lawful [husbands] for them. But give the disbelievers what they have spent. And there is no blame upon you if you marry them when you have given them their due compensation. And hold not to marriage bonds with disbelieving women, but ask for what you have spent and let them ask for what they have spent. That is the judgement of Allah; He judges between you. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.
60:11:1waʾinAnd if
60:11:2fātakumhave gone from you
60:11:3šayʾᵘⁿany
60:11:5ʾazwājikumyour wives
60:11:7ₐlkuffārⁱthe disbelievers
60:11:8faʕāqabtumthen your turn comes,
60:11:10ₐllaðīnᵃ(to) those who
60:11:11ðahabathave gone,
60:11:12ʾazwājuhumtheir wives,
60:11:13mmiθlᵃ(the) like
60:11:14(of) what
60:11:15ʾanfaqūthey had spent.
60:11:17ₐllahᵃAllah
60:11:18ₐllaðī(in) Whom,
60:11:20bihi[in Him]
60:11:21muʾminūnᵃ(are) believers.
۝١١
And if you have lost any of your wives to the disbelievers and you subsequently obtain [something], then give those whose wives have gone the equivalent of what they had spent. And fear Allah, in whom you are believers.
60:12:2ₐlnnabīīᵘProphet!
60:12:4jāʾakᵃcome to you
60:12:5ₐlmuʾminātᵘthe believing women
60:12:6yubāyiʕnakᵃpledging to you
60:12:10yušriknᵃthey will associate
60:12:11biₐllahⁱwith Allah
60:12:12šayʾaⁿanything,
60:12:13walāand not
60:12:14yasriqnᵃthey will steal,
60:12:15walāand not
60:12:16yaznīnᵃthey will commit adultery,
60:12:17walāand not
60:12:18yaqtulnᵃthey will kill
60:12:19ʾawlādahunnᵃtheir children,
60:12:20walāand not
60:12:21yaʾtīnᵃthey bring
60:12:22bibuhtānⁱⁿslander,
60:12:23yaftarīnahuthey invent it
60:12:24baynᵃbetween
60:12:25ʾaydīhinnᵃtheir hands
60:12:26waʾarjulihinnᵃand their feet,
60:12:27walāand not
60:12:28yaʕṣīnakᵃthey will disobey you
60:12:30maʕrūfⁱⁿ(the) right,
60:12:31fabāyiʕhunnᵃthen accept their pledge
60:12:32waᵢstaġfirand ask forgiveness
60:12:33lahunnᵃfor them
60:12:34ₐllahᵃ(from) Allah.
60:12:35ʾinnᵃIndeed,
60:12:36ₐllahᵃAllah
60:12:37ġafūrᵘⁿ(is) Oft-Forgiving,
60:12:38rraḥīmᵘⁿMost Merciful.
۝١٢
O Prophet, when the believing women come to you pledging to you that they will not associate anything with Allah, nor will they steal, nor will they commit unlawful sexual intercourse, nor will they kill their children, nor will they bring forth a slander they have invented between their arms and legs, nor will they disobey you in what is right - then accept their pledge and ask forgiveness for them of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
60:13:2ₐllaðīnᵃwho
60:13:4(Do) not
60:13:6qawmaⁿ(of) a people,
60:13:7ġaḍibᵃ(The) wrath
60:13:8ₐllahᵘ(of) Allah
60:13:9ʕalayhim(is) upon them.
60:13:11yaʾisūthey despair
60:13:13ₐlʾāḫiraẗⁱthe Hereafter
60:13:15yaʾisᵃdespair
60:13:16ₐlkuffārᵘthe disbelievers
60:13:18ʾaṣḥābⁱ(the) companions
60:13:19ₐlqubūrⁱ(of) the graves.
۝١٣
O you who have believed, do not make allies of a people with whom Allah has become angry. They have despaired of [reward in] the Hereafter just as the disbelievers have despaired of [meeting] the inhabitants of the graves.

The Ranks
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
61:1:1sabbaḥᵃGlorifies
61:1:2lillahⁱAllah
61:1:3whatever
61:1:4(is) in
61:1:5ₐlssamāwātⁱthe heavens
61:1:6wamāand whatever
61:1:7(is) in
61:1:8ₐlʾarḍⁱthe earth.
61:1:9wahuwᵃAnd He
61:1:10ₐlʕazīzᵘ(is) the All-Mighty,
61:1:11ₐlḥakīmᵘthe All-Wise.

Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth exalts Allah, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
61:2:2ₐllaðīnᵃ(you) who
61:2:5taqūlūnᵃ(do) you say
61:2:8tafʕalūnᵃyou do?
۝٢
O you who have believed, why do you say what you do not do?
61:3:1kaburᵃGreat is
61:3:2maqtaⁿhatred
61:3:3ʕindᵃwith
61:3:4ₐllahⁱAllah
61:3:5ʾanthat
61:3:9tafʕalūnᵃyou do?
۝٣
Great is hatred in the sight of Allah that you say what you do not do.
61:4:1ʾinnᵃIndeed,
61:4:2ₐllahᵃAllah
61:4:3yuḥibbᵘloves
61:4:4ₐllaðīnᵃthose who
61:4:8ṣaffaⁿ(in) a row
61:4:9kaʾannahumas if they
61:4:10bunyānᵘⁿ(were) a structure
61:4:11mmarṣūṣᵘⁿjoined firmly.
۝٤
Indeed, Allah loves those who fight in His cause in a row as though they are a [single] structure joined firmly.
61:5:1waʾiðAnd when
61:5:2qālᵃsaid
61:5:4liqawmihito his people,
61:5:5yāqawmⁱ"O my people!
61:5:7tuʾðūnanīdo you hurt me
61:5:8waqadwhile certainly
61:5:9ttaʕlamūnᵃyou know
61:5:10ʾannīthat I am
61:5:11rasūlᵘ(the) Messenger
61:5:12ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah
61:5:14falammāThen when
61:5:15zāġūthey deviated,
61:5:16ʾazāġᵃ(was caused to) deviate
61:5:17ₐllahᵘ(by) Allah
61:5:18qulūbahumtheir hearts.
61:5:19waₐllahᵘAnd Allah
61:5:20(does) not
61:5:22ₐlqawmᵃthe people,
61:5:23ₐlfāsiqīnᵃthe defiantly disobedient.
۝٥
And [mention, O Muhammad], when Moses said to his people, "O my people, why do you harm me while you certainly know that I am the messenger of Allah to you?" And when they deviated, Allah caused their hearts to deviate. And Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.
61:6:1waʾiðAnd when
61:6:2qālᵃsaid
61:6:4ᵢbnᵘson
61:6:5maryamᵃ(of) Maryam,
61:6:6yābanī"O Children
61:6:7ʾisrāʾīlᵃ(of) Israel!
61:6:8ʾinnīIndeed, I am
61:6:9rasūlᵘ(the) Messenger
61:6:10ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah
61:6:12mmuṣaddiqaⁿconfirming
61:6:13llimāthat which
61:6:14baynᵃ(was) between
61:6:15yadayyᵃmy hands
61:6:17ₐlttawrāẗⁱthe Taurat
61:6:18wamubašširᵃⁿᵐāand bringing glad tidings
61:6:19birasūlⁱⁿ(of) a Messenger
61:6:20yaʾtīto come
61:6:21minᵐfrom
61:6:22baʕdīafter me,
61:6:23ᵢsmuhuwhose name (will be)
61:6:24ʾaḥmadᵘAhmad."
61:6:25falammāBut when
61:6:26jāʾahumhe came to them
61:6:27biₐlbayyinātⁱwith clear proofs,
61:6:28qālūthey said,
61:6:30siḥrᵘⁿ(is) a magic
61:6:31mmubīnᵘⁿclear."
۝٦
And [mention] when Jesus, the son of Mary, said, "O children of Israel, indeed I am the messenger of Allah to you confirming what came before me of the Torah and bringing good tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name is Ahmad." But when he came to them with clear evidences, they said, "This is obvious magic."
61:7:1wamanAnd who
61:7:2ʾaẓlamᵘ(is) more wrong
61:7:3mimmanⁱthan (one) who
61:7:4ᵢftarāinvents
61:7:6ₐllahⁱAllah
61:7:7ₐlkaðibᵃthe lie
61:7:8wahuwᵃwhile he
61:7:9yudʕāis invited
61:7:11ₐlʾislāmⁱIslam?
61:7:12waₐllahᵘAnd Allah
61:7:13(does) not
61:7:15ₐlqawmᵃthe people
61:7:16ₐlẓẓālimīnᵃ[the] wrongdoers.
۝٧
And who is more unjust than one who invents about Allah untruth while he is being invited to Islam. And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
61:8:1yurīdūnᵃThey intend
61:8:2liyuṭfiʾūto put out
61:8:3nūrᵃ(the) light
61:8:4ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah
61:8:5biʾafwāhihimwith their mouths,
61:8:6waₐllahᵘbut Allah
61:8:7mutimmᵘwill perfect
61:8:8nūrihiHis Light
61:8:9walawalthough
61:8:10karihᵃdislike
61:8:11ₐlkāfirūnᵃthe disbelievers.
۝٨
They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it.
61:9:2ₐllaðī(is) the One Who
61:9:4rasūlahuHis Messenger
61:9:5biₐlhudāwith guidance
61:9:6wadīnⁱand (the) religion
61:9:7ₐlḥaqqⁱ(of) the truth,
61:9:8liyuẓhirahuto make it prevail
61:9:10ₐlddīnⁱthe religion
61:9:11kullihiall of them,
61:9:12walawalthough
61:9:13karihᵃdislike (it)
61:9:14ₐlmušrikūnᵃthe polytheists.
۝٩
It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although those who associate others with Allah dislike it.
61:10:2ₐllaðīnᵃ(you) who
61:10:5ʾadullukumI guide you
61:10:7tijāraẗⁱⁿa transaction
61:10:8tunjīkum(that) will save you
61:10:10ʕaðābⁱⁿa punishment
61:10:11ʾalīmⁱⁿpainful?
۝١٠
O you who have believed, shall I guide you to a transaction that will save you from a painful punishment?
61:11:1tuʾminūnᵃBelieve
61:11:2biₐllahⁱin Allah
61:11:3warasūlihiand His Messenger
61:11:4watujāhidūnᵃand strive
61:11:6sabīlⁱ(the) way
61:11:7ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah
61:11:8biʾamwālikumwith your wealth
61:11:9waʾanfusikumand your lives.
61:11:11ḫayrᵘⁿ(is) better
۝١١
[It is that] you believe in Allah and His Messenger and strive in the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives. That is best for you, if you should know.
61:12:1yaġfirHe will forgive
61:12:3ðunūbakumyour sins
61:12:4wayudḫilkumand admit you
61:12:5jannātⁱⁿ(in) Gardens
61:12:8taḥtihāunderneath it
61:12:9ₐlʾanhārᵘthe rivers
61:12:10wamasākinᵃand dwellings
61:12:11ṭayyibaẗᵃⁿpleasant
61:12:13jannātⁱGardens
61:12:14ʕadnⁱⁿ(of) Eternity.
61:12:16ₐlfawzᵘ(is) the success
61:12:17ₐlʕaẓīmᵘthe great.
۝١٢
He will forgive for you your sins and admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence. That is the great attainment.
61:13:1waʾuḫrāAnd another
61:13:2tuḥibbūnahāthat you love -
61:13:3naṣrᵘⁿa help
61:13:5ₐllahⁱAllah
61:13:6wafatḥᵘⁿand a victory
61:13:7qarībᵘⁿnear;
61:13:8wabašširⁱand give glad tidings
61:13:9ₐlmuʾminīnᵃ(to) the believers.
۝١٣
And [you will obtain] another [favor] that you love - victory from Allah and an imminent conquest; and give good tidings to the believers.
61:14:2ₐllaðīnᵃwho
61:14:5ʾanṣārᵃhelpers
61:14:6ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah
61:14:11maryamᵃ(of) Maryam,
61:14:12lilḥawāriyyinᵃto the disciples,
61:14:14ʾanṣārī(are) my helpers
61:14:16ₐllahⁱAllah?"
61:14:18ₐlḥawāriyyūnᵃthe disciples,
61:14:20ʾanṣārᵘ(are) the helpers
61:14:21ₐllahⁱ(of) Allah."
61:14:22faʾāmanatThen believed
61:14:23ṭṭāʾifaẗᵘⁿa group
61:14:26ʾisrāʾīlᵃ(of) Israel
61:14:27wakafaratand disbelieved
61:14:28ṭṭāʾifaẗᵘⁿa group.
61:14:29faʾayyadnāSo We supported
61:14:30ₐllaðīnᵃthose who
61:14:33ʕaduwwihimtheir enemy
61:14:34faʾaṣbaḥūand they became
61:14:35ẓāhirīnᵃdominant.
۝١٤
O you who have believed, be supporters of Allah, as when Jesus, the son of Mary, said to the disciples, "Who are my supporters for Allah?" The disciples said, "We are supporters of Allah." And a faction of the Children of Israel believed and a faction disbelieved. So We supported those who believed against their enemy, and they became dominant.
