5:109:1yawmᵃ(The) day
5:109:2yajmaʕᵘwill (be) gathered
5:109:3ₐllahᵘ(by) Allah
5:109:4ₐlrrusulᵃthe Messengers
5:109:5fayaqūlᵘand He will say,
5:109:7ʾujibtumwas (the) response you received?"
5:109:8qālūThey said,
5:109:9"(There is) no
5:109:10ʕilmᵃknowledge
5:109:12ʾinnakᵃIndeed You,
5:109:14ʕallāmᵘ(are the) Knower
5:109:15ₐlġuyūbⁱ(of) the unseen."
۝١٠٩
[Be warned of] the Day when Allah will assemble the messengers and say, "What was the response you received?" They will say, "We have no knowledge. Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen"
5:110:3ₐllahᵘAllah,
5:110:4yāʕīsā"O Isa,
5:110:6maryamᵃ(of) Maryam!
5:110:7ᵤðkurRemember
5:110:8niʕmatīMy Favor
5:110:9ʕalaykᵃupon you
5:110:10waʕalāand upon
5:110:11wālidatikᵃyour mother
5:110:13ʾayyadttukᵃI strengthened you
5:110:14birūḥⁱwith (the) Spirit,
5:110:15ₐlqudusⁱthe Holy,
5:110:16tukallimᵘyou spoke
5:110:17ₐlnnāsᵃ(to) the people
5:110:19ₐlmahdⁱthe cradle
5:110:20wakahlaⁿand (in) maturity.
5:110:21waʾiðAnd when
5:110:22ʕallamtukᵃI taught you
5:110:23ₐlkitābᵃthe Book
5:110:24waₐlḥikmaẗᵃand the wisdom
5:110:25waₐlttawrāẗᵃand the Taurat
5:110:26waₐlʾinjīlᵃand the Injeel;
5:110:27waʾiðand when
5:110:28taḫluqᵘyou make
5:110:30ₐlṭṭīnⁱthe clay
5:110:31kahayʾaẗⁱlike the shape
5:110:32ₐlṭṭayrⁱ(of) the bird
5:110:33biʾiðnīby My permission
5:110:34fatanfuḫᵘthen you breath
5:110:36fatakūnᵘand it becomes
5:110:37ṭayrᵃⁿᵐāa bird
5:110:38biʾiðnīby My permission,
5:110:39watubriʾᵘand you heal
5:110:40ₐlʾakmahᵃthe born blind
5:110:41waₐlʾabraṣᵃand the leper
5:110:42biʾiðnīby My permission,
5:110:43waʾiðand when
5:110:44tuḫrijᵘyou bring forth
5:110:46biʾiðnīby My permission.
5:110:47waʾiðAnd when
5:110:48kafaftᵘI restrained
5:110:49banī(the) Children
5:110:50ʾisrāʾīlᵃ(of) Israel
5:110:51ʕankᵃfrom you
5:110:53jiʾtahumyou came to them
5:110:54biₐlbayyinātⁱwith the clear proofs
5:110:55faqālᵃthen said
5:110:56ₐllaðīnᵃthose who
5:110:57kafarūdisbelieved
5:110:58minhumamong them
5:110:60hāðā(is) this
5:110:62siḥrᵘⁿmagic,
5:110:63mmubīnᵘⁿclear."
۝١١٠
[The Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Pure Spirit and you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and [remember] when I taught you writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you designed from clay [what was] like the form of a bird with My permission, then you breathed into it, and it became a bird with My permission; and you healed the blind and the leper with My permission; and when you brought forth the dead with My permission; and when I restrained the Children of Israel from [killing] you when you came to them with clear proofs and those who disbelieved among them said, "This is not but obvious magic."
5:111:1waʾiðAnd when
5:111:2ʾawḥaytᵘI inspired
5:111:4ₐlḥawāriyyinᵃthe disciples
5:111:8wabirasūlīand in My Messenger
5:111:10ʾāmannā"We believe
5:111:11waᵢšhadand bear witness
5:111:12biʾannanāthat indeed we
5:111:13muslimūnᵃ(are) Muslims.
۝١١١
And [remember] when I inspired to the disciples, "Believe in Me and in My messenger Jesus." They said, "We have believed, so bear witness that indeed we are Muslims [in submission to Allah]."
5:112:3ₐlḥawāriyyūnᵃthe disciples,
5:112:4yāʕīsā"O Isa,
5:112:6maryamᵃ(of) Maryam!
5:112:9rabbukᵃyour Lord
5:112:11yunazzilᵃsend down
5:112:13māʾidaẗᵃⁿa table spread
5:112:15ₐlssamāʾⁱthe heaven?"
5:112:16qālᵃHe said,
5:112:18ₐllahᵃAllah,
5:112:21mmuʾminīnᵃbelievers."
۝١١٢
[And remember] when the disciples said, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, can your Lord send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven? [Jesus] said," Fear Allah, if you should be believers."
5:113:1qālūThey said,
5:113:2nurīdᵘ"We wish
5:113:4nnaʾkulᵃwe eat
5:113:6wataṭmaʾinnᵃand satisfy
5:113:7qulūbunāour hearts
5:113:8wanaʕlamᵃand we know
5:113:10qadcertainly
5:113:11ṣadaqtanāyou have spoken the truth to us
5:113:12wanakūnᵃand we be
5:113:14minᵃamong
5:113:15ₐlššāhidīnᵃthe witnesses.
۝١١٣
They said, "We wish to eat from it and let our hearts be reassured and know that you have been truthful to us and be among its witnesses."
5:114:4maryamᵃ(of) Maryam,
5:114:5ₐllahummᵃ"O Allah,
5:114:6rabbanāour Lord,
5:114:7ʾanzilsend down
5:114:9māʾidaẗᵃⁿa table spread
5:114:11ₐlssamāʾⁱthe heaven
5:114:14ʕīdaⁿa festival
5:114:15lliʾawwalināfor first of us
5:114:16waʾāḫirināand last of us
5:114:17waʾāyaẗᵃⁿand a sign
5:114:18mminkᵃfrom You.
5:114:19waᵤrzuqnāAnd provide us,
5:114:20waʾantᵃand You
5:114:21ḫayrᵘ(are) best
5:114:22ₐlrrāziqīnᵃ(of) the providers.
۝١١٤
Said Jesus, the son of Mary, "O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven to be for us a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, and You are the best of providers."
5:115:2ₐllahᵘAllah,
5:115:3ʾinnī"Indeed I
5:115:4munazziluhā(will) send it down
5:115:6famanthen whoever
5:115:7yakfurdisbelieves
5:115:8baʕdᵘafter (that)
5:115:9minkumamong you,
5:115:10faʾinnīthen indeed I
5:115:11ʾuʕaððibuhu[I] will punish him
5:115:12ʕaðābaⁿ(with) a punishment
5:115:14ʾuʕaððibuhuI have punished
5:115:15ʾaḥadaⁿanyone
5:115:16mminᵃamong
5:115:17ₐlʕālamīnᵃthe worlds."
۝١١٥
Allah said, "Indeed, I will sent it down to you, but whoever disbelieves afterwards from among you - then indeed will I punish him with a punishment by which I have not punished anyone among the worlds."
5:116:1waʾiðAnd when
5:116:3ₐllahᵘAllah,
5:116:4yāʕīsā"O Isa,
5:116:6maryamᵃ(of) Maryam!
5:116:7ʾaʾantᵃDid you
5:116:9lilnnāsⁱto the people,
5:116:10ᵢttaḫiðūnī"Take me
5:116:11waʾummīᵃand my mother
5:116:12ʾilāhaynⁱ(as) two gods
5:116:14dūnⁱbesides
5:116:15ₐllahⁱAllah?"
5:116:16qālᵃHe said,
5:116:17subḥānakᵃ"Glory be to You!
5:116:22ʾaqūlᵃI say
5:116:26biḥaqqⁱⁿ(had) right.
5:116:28kuntᵘI had
5:116:30faqadthen surely
5:116:31ʕalimtahuYou would have known it.
5:116:32taʕlamᵘYou know
5:116:34(is) in
5:116:37ʾaʕlamᵘI know
5:116:39(is) in
5:116:40nafsikᵃYourself.
5:116:41ʾinnakᵃIndeed, You,
5:116:43ʕallāmᵘ(are) All-Knower
5:116:44ₐlġuyūbⁱ(of) the unseen.
۝١١٦
And [beware the Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as deities besides Allah?'" He will say, "Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen.
5:117:2qultᵘI said
5:117:4ʾillāexcept
5:117:6ʾamartanīYou commanded me
5:117:7bihi[with it]
5:117:8ʾanⁱthat
5:117:9ᵤʕbudū"You worship
5:117:10ₐllahᵃAllah,
5:117:12warabbakumand your Lord."
5:117:13wakuntᵘAnd I was
5:117:15šahīdaⁿa witness
5:117:17dumtᵘas long as I
5:117:18fīhim(was) among them,
5:117:19falammāthen when
5:117:20tawaffaytanīYou raised me
5:117:21kuntᵃYou were
5:117:22ʾantᵃ[You]
5:117:23ₐlrraqībᵃthe Watcher
5:117:24ʕalayhimover them,
5:117:25waʾantᵃand You
5:117:26ʕalā(are) on
5:117:27kullⁱevery
5:117:28šayʾⁱⁿthing
5:117:29šahīdᵘⁿa Witness.
۝١١٧
I said not to them except what You commanded me - to worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. And I was a witness over them as long as I was among them; but when You took me up, You were the Observer over them, and You are, over all things, Witness.
5:118:2tuʕaððibhumYou punish them,
5:118:3faʾinnahumthen indeed they
5:118:4ʕibādukᵃ(are) Your slaves,
5:118:5waʾinand if
5:118:6taġfirYou forgive
5:118:7lahum[for] them
5:118:8faʾinnakᵃthen indeed You,
5:118:10ₐlʕazīzᵘ(are) the All-Mighty,
5:118:11ₐlḥakīmᵘthe All-Wise."
۝١١٨
If You should punish them - indeed they are Your servants; but if You forgive them - indeed it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
5:119:1qālᵃWill say
5:119:2ₐllahᵘAllah,
5:119:5yanfaʕᵘwill profit
5:119:6ₐlṣṣādiqīnᵃthe truthful
5:119:7ṣidquhumtheir truthfulness."
5:119:8lahumFor them
5:119:9jannātᵘⁿ(are) Gardens
5:119:12taḥtihāunderneath it
5:119:13ₐlʾanhārᵘthe rivers
5:119:14ḫālidīnᵃwill abide
5:119:16ʾabadaⁿforever."
5:119:17rraḍīᵃis pleased
5:119:18ₐllahᵘAllah
5:119:19ʕanhumwith them
5:119:20waraḍūand they are pleased
5:119:21ʕanhᵘwith Him.
5:119:23ₐlfawzᵘ(is) the success,
5:119:24ₐlʕaẓīmᵘ(the) great.
۝١١٩
Allah will say, "This is the Day when the truthful will benefit from their truthfulness." For them are gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allah being pleased with them, and they with Him. That is the great attainment.
5:120:1lillahⁱTo Allah (belongs)
5:120:2mulkᵘthe dominion
5:120:3ₐlssamāwātⁱ(of) the heavens
5:120:4waₐlʾarḍⁱand the earth
5:120:5wamāand what
5:120:6fīhinnᵃ(is) in them.
5:120:7wahuwᵃAnd He
5:120:8ʕalā(is) on
5:120:9kullⁱevery
5:120:10šayʾⁱⁿthing
5:120:11qadīrᵘⁿᵐAll-Powerful.
۝١٢٠
To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is within them. And He is over all things competent.

الأنعام
The Cattle
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
6:1:1ₐlḥamdᵘ(All) the praises and thanks
6:1:2lillahⁱ(be) to Allah,
6:1:3ₐllaðīthe One Who
6:1:4ḫalaqᵃcreated
6:1:5ₐlssamāwātⁱthe heavens
6:1:6waₐlʾarḍᵃand the earth
6:1:7wajaʕalᵃand made
6:1:8ₐlẓẓulumātⁱthe darkness[es]
6:1:9waₐlnnūrᵃand the light.
6:1:10θummᵃThen
6:1:11ₐllaðīnᵃthose who
6:1:12kafarūdisbelieved
6:1:13birabbihimin their Lord
6:1:14yaʕdilūnᵃequate others with Him.
۝١
[All] praise is [due] to Allah, who created the heavens and the earth and made the darkness and the light. Then those who disbelieve equate [others] with their Lord.
6:2:2ₐllaðī(is) the One Who
6:2:3ḫalaqakumcreated you
6:2:5ṭīnⁱⁿclay
6:2:6θummᵃthen
6:2:7qaḍāHe decreed
6:2:8ʾajalaⁿa term -
6:2:9waʾajalᵘⁿand a term
6:2:10mmusammaⁿspecified
6:2:11ʕindahuwith Him,
6:2:12θummᵃyet
۝٢
It is He who created you from clay and then decreed a term and a specified time [known] to Him; then [still] you are in dispute.
6:3:1wahuwᵃAnd He
6:3:2ₐllahᵘ(is) Allah
6:3:4ₐlssamāwātⁱthe heavens
6:3:5wafīand in
6:3:6ₐlʾarḍⁱthe earth.
6:3:7yaʕlamᵘHe knows
6:3:8sirrakumyour secret
6:3:9wajahrakumand what you make public
6:3:10wayaʕlamᵘand He knows
6:3:12taksibūnᵃyou earn.
۝٣
And He is Allah, [the only deity] in the heavens and the earth. He knows your secret and what you make public, and He knows that which you earn.
6:4:1wamāAnd not
6:4:2taʾtīhimcomes to them
6:4:4ʾāyaẗⁱⁿany sign
6:4:6ʾāyātⁱ(the) Signs
6:4:7rabbihim(of) their Lord
6:4:9kānūthey are
6:4:10ʕanhāfrom it
6:4:11muʕriḍīnᵃturning away.
۝٤
And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they turn away therefrom.
6:5:1faqadThen indeed,
6:5:2kaððabūthey denied
6:5:3biₐlḥaqqⁱthe truth
6:5:5jāʾahumit came to them,
6:5:6fasawfᵃbut soon
6:5:7yaʾtīhimwill come to them
6:5:9(of) what
6:5:10kānūthey used to
6:5:11bihi[at it]
۝٥
For they had denied the truth when it came to them, but there is going to reach them the news of what they used to ridicule.
6:6:1ʾalamDid not
6:6:3kamhow many
6:6:4ʾahlaknāWe destroyed
6:6:6qablihimbefore them
6:6:8qarnⁱⁿgenerations
6:6:9mmakkannāhumWe had established them
6:6:11ₐlʾarḍⁱthe earth
6:6:14numakkinWe (have) established
6:6:15llakumfor you?
6:6:16waʾarsalnāAnd We sent
6:6:17ₐlssamāʾᵃ(rain from) the sky
6:6:18ʕalayhimupon them
6:6:19mmidrāraⁿshowering abundantly
6:6:20wajaʕalnāand We made
6:6:21ₐlʾanhārᵃthe rivers
6:6:24taḥtihimunderneath them.
6:6:25faʾahlaknāhumThen We destroyed them
6:6:26biðunūbihimfor their sins
6:6:27waʾanšaʾnāand We raised
6:6:28minᵐfrom
6:6:29baʕdihimafter them
6:6:30qarnaⁿgenerations,
6:6:31ʾāḫarīnᵃother.
۝٦
Have they not seen how many generations We destroyed before them which We had established upon the earth as We have not established you? And We sent [rain from] the sky upon them in showers and made rivers flow beneath them; then We destroyed them for their sins and brought forth after them a generation of others.
6:7:1walawAnd (even) if
6:7:2nazzalnāWe (had) sent down
6:7:3ʕalaykᵃto you
6:7:4kitābaⁿa written Scripture
6:7:6qirṭāsⁱⁿa parchment
6:7:7falamasūhᵘand they touched it
6:7:8biʾaydīhimwith their hands,
6:7:9laqālᵃsurely (would) have said
6:7:10ₐllaðīnᵃthose who
6:7:11kafarūdisbelieved,
6:7:13hāðā(is) this
6:7:15siḥrᵘⁿmagic,
6:7:16mmubīnᵘⁿclear."
۝٧
And even if We had sent down to you, [O Muhammad], a written scripture on a page and they touched it with their hands, the disbelievers would say, "This is not but obvious magic."
6:8:1waqālūAnd they said,
6:8:2lawlā"Why has not been
6:8:3ʾunzilᵃsent down
6:8:4ʕalayhⁱto him
6:8:5malakᵘⁿan Angel?"
6:8:7ʾanzalnāWe (had) sent down
6:8:8malakaⁿan Angel,
6:8:9llaquḍīᵃsurely (would) have been decided
6:8:10ₐlʾamrᵘthe matter
6:8:11θummᵃthen
6:8:13yunẓarūnᵃrespite would have been granted to them.
۝٨
And they say, "Why was there not sent down to him an angel?" But if We had sent down an angel, the matter would have been decided; then they would not be reprieved.
6:9:2jaʕalnāhᵘWe had made him
6:9:3malakaⁿan Angel,
6:9:4llajaʕalnāhᵘcertainly We (would) have made him
6:9:5rajulaⁿa man,
6:9:6walalabasnāand certainly We (would) have obscured
6:9:7ʕalayhimto them
6:9:9yalbisūnᵃthey are obscuring.
۝٩
And if We had made him an angel, We would have made him [appear as] a man, and We would have covered them with that in which they cover themselves.
6:10:1walaqadⁱAnd indeed
6:10:2ᵢstuhziʾᵃwere mocked
6:10:3birusulⁱⁿMessengers
6:10:5qablikᵃbefore you
6:10:6faḥāqᵃbut surrounded
6:10:7biₐllaðīnᵃthose who
6:10:8saḫirūscoffed
6:10:11kānūthey used to
۝١٠
And already were messengers ridiculed before you, but those who mocked them were enveloped by that which they used to ridicule.
6:11:4ₐlʾarḍⁱthe earth
6:11:5θummᵃand
6:11:9ʕāqibaẗᵘ(the) end
6:11:10ₐlmukaððibīnᵃ(of) the rejecters."
۝١١
Say, "Travel through the land; then observe how was the end of the deniers."
6:12:2lliman"To whom (belongs)
6:12:4(is) in
6:12:5ₐlssamāwātⁱthe heavens
6:12:6waₐlʾarḍⁱand the earth?"
6:12:8llillahⁱ"To Allah."
6:12:9katabᵃHe has decreed
6:12:11nafsihⁱHimself
6:12:12ₐlrraḥmaẗᵃthe Mercy.
6:12:13layajmaʕannakumSurely He will assemble you
6:12:15yawmⁱ(the) Day
6:12:16ₐlqiyāmaẗⁱ(of) the Resurrection,
6:12:17(there is) no
6:12:19fīhⁱabout it.
6:12:20ₐllaðīnᵃThose who
6:12:21ḫasirūhave lost
6:12:22ʾanfusahumthemselves,
6:12:23fahumthen they
6:12:24(do) not
6:12:25yuʾminūnᵃbelieve.
۝١٢
Say, "To whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and earth?" Say, "To Allah." He has decreed upon Himself mercy. He will surely assemble you for the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt. Those who will lose themselves [that Day] do not believe.
